Stay Close to a Bubbler

Do you know what a bubbler is? I’ll tell you in a moment.

My next-door neighbor is originally from Wisconsin. We had a wonderful visit on Sunday afternoon and we started talking about differences in terms between various areas of the country.

She said that in Milwaukee people use the term bubbler for…water fountains.

Had never heard that.

The heat index here will be over 100 degrees today. Easy to get caught in a situation in which your hydration level has dropped to an unhealthy level.

If your hydration level drops by 2-3% it inhibits your ability to do simple math. It inhibits your reaction time when you approach stop signs and stoplights.

Any time you walk by a bubbler today stop and take three swallows of water.

Watch yourself today.
