What have you thrown away lately? No, not whatever might have been on your plate last night at the end of the meal. I mean STUFF you don’t really need. I just put a Planet Fitness t-shirt in the donation box; tossed a bunch of business cards; trashed a stack of magazines and put some old stereo equipment that didn’t work out beside the street. All of that took about 5 minutes. Try it. In the next 5 minutes see how much can you throw away. And, if you hear that voice in your head saying, “But, I MIGHT need this!” don’t listen to it.
